Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using ActsLala (“Service”) at actslala.com, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The operator is GBFCIP team LLC (지비에프씨아이피팀), registered in the Republic of Korea.

2. Description of Service

ActsLala is a multilingual progressive web application (PWA) for ephemeral text chat and optional video chat. Messages are designed to be short-lived. The Service supports many languages and may be installed as a PWA.

lala is prepaid in-app digital credit used only within ActsLala for features such as extended chat sessions, video chat metering, and related premium functions. lala is not legal tender, cryptocurrency, e-money withdrawable to cash, or a product for transfer between users or third parties.

3. Accounts and identification

• Casual chat: You may enter a chat room with a nickname and temporary session identifier without creating a member account.
• Recharge and member features: Purchasing lala or using persistent member wallet features requires registration with a valid email address or E.164 phone number and a PIN, as implemented in the app.
• You are responsible for keeping your PIN confidential and for activity under your member account.

4. Payments

• Prices and lala packages are shown in the app and on our Pricing page before purchase.
• Card and online checkout: Billed in USD via Paddle (Merchant of Record).
• Bank transfer: Billed in KRW at the equivalent packages listed on Pricing. See Company Information for account details.
• Reference conversion for display: ₩10,000 = $8 USD (same lala credit amounts for both paths).
• lala is delivered digitally upon successful payment or confirmed deposit. Validity periods are shown at purchase.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal activity, harassment, fraud, or distribution of unlawful content.
• Use lala or payments to launder money, remit funds to third parties, resell credits, or circumvent sanctions.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse APIs, or interfere with other users or infrastructure.
• Misrepresent identity or impersonate others in a harmful manner.

We may suspend access, forfeit unused lala, or block sessions that violate these Terms or applicable law.

6. Ephemeral messaging

Chat content is subject to automatic deletion and room lifecycle rules described in our Chat Policy. Do not rely on the Service for permanent storage or legal record-keeping.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GBFCIP team LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Governing law and Dispute Resolution

English: English: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be finally settl 1 ed by arbitration in Seoul, Republic of Korea, under the New York Convention and in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB). 'lala' is an in-app prepaid digital asset and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to others, or withdrawn. Registration (via email or mobile number) is required for recharging.
